What exactly is Tom Renz saying in Exhibit A about his 4 DOD whistleblowers DMED data involving a case without a DOD defendant to respond?
Note well, I created the following table to verify Tom Renz’s claims on his website as it relates to the Whistleblower DMED data Spike in Vaccine Injuries as it compares the ratio of 2021 Partial Year [Medical Encounters] to the MSMR Vol. 28 No. 05 May 2021 Medical Encounters No. reported for the 2020 Active troops. The table contains two columns denoted Tom Renz Apparent [vaccine] Misinformation:
Renz Website Error = (Lower Bound Increase - Spike in Vaccine Injuries)
Exhibit A Error = (Lower Bound Increase - .01xPercent Increase in 2021)
If Renz Website Error is equal to the Exhibit A Error then the row for those two columns of data contains a white background, otherwise, it is grey which denotes a discrepancy in what he presented to the Federal judge and his claims on his website. For example when the MSMR May 2021 Essential (primary) hypertension Medical Encounters No. is listed as 55,692 and Renz’s Exhibit A claims that there was a 2,281% (22.81) Percent Increase in 2021 due to the Whistleblowers reported 53,846 2021 Partial Year [Medical Encounters] and is significantly different from his 2,181% Spike in Vaccine Injuries. So much so that the resulting Renz Website Error is -2,184% and Exhibit A Error is now only -26% and each block has a grey background with red text for the -2,184% to denote greater apparent misinformation and the orange text that I’m uncertain on the level of misinformation because the exact condition used to check against is not published in the MSMR.

or those listed in his Exhibit A from his SPECIAL NOTICE REGARDING EVIDENTIARY FINDING RELATED TO COVID-19 that you can also download via his pinned Twitter tweet.
I had originally made the comparison of Renz’s Percent Increase values listed in Exhibit A of 2,281 Percent increase instead of the updated 22.81 Percent increase that the column title implies. The following prose in Supplement to Plaintiffs’ Brief (ECF 43) contradicts the column heading; however, which makes evaluating Exhibit A all the more confounding (emphasis is mine):
COME NOW the Plaintiffs, by and through their undersigned attorneys, and as their supplemental filing explaining the relevance of the Excel file presented to the Court on February 8, 2022 (see Order entered on February 8, 2022, ECF 46), do hereby submit the following: 1. The Excel spread sheet file first presented to the Court on February 8, 2022 (the “File”) is now attached as Exhibit A to this Supplement. … 7. For example, the File shows a 456% increase in acute myocardial infarction, a 468% increase in pulmonary embolism, a 296% increase in all cancers, a 275% increase in myocarditis.
Line item 7 is consistent with my original table; however, I confirmed with an accountant that this is not the correct way to interpret that column; hence, in the newly updated figure, for reference, this is my original figure.
Tom Renz still insists on the latter interpretation denoted in Figure 2 as he speaks to crowds on 02/22/2022 in this short video clip by The Vigilant Fox.
Why did America’s Frontline Doctors Withdraw from The Case with Tom Renz as Their Lawyer?
On 03/24/2022 America’s Frontline Doctors completely withdrew their petitions which initially began for a temporary restraining order as detailed in this original complaint
a request for a Temporary Restraining Order (“TRO”) against the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), and the relevant subagencies and personnel including but not limited to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Institutes of Health (NIH), the DHHS Secretary, the DHHS Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response, and the DHHS Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee, seeking temporary injunctive relief against any existing or further authorization for use in children under the age of 16, of any of the COVID-19 “vaccines”1 that have been approved under the Emergency Use Authorization (“EUA”) provided in 21 U.S. Code § 360bbb–3.

I have completed my analysis of the implications of Exhibit A on page 9 as it relates to Cancer and GBS. Exhibit A as presented by Renz:
Incorrectly denotes Neoplasms as (ALL CANCERS);
Incorrectly denotes ratios as “Percent Increases”; and
Vastly overstates the implied increases in various cancers once they fail simple verification when one does a simple comparison against any of the past published MSMRs as pointed to by Mathew Crawford in Exhibit B on p. 11.
On Monday, January 24, attorney Thomas Renz addressed Senator Ron Johnson and those at a special five-hour hearing on COVID-19 issues. Renz spoke about alarming increases in miscarriages, cancers, and neurological conditions based on reports put together by whistleblowers with access to the Defense Medical Epidemiology Database (DMED).
Tracking down the glitch reveals an unexplained change of data that can be observed in Medical Surveillance Monthly Reports (MSMR) published openly online. The May 2021 MSMR displays annual summaries of major diagnostic categories of ambulatory and hospitalization reports from 2016, 2018, and 2020.
After reviewing the May 2021 MSMR (May 2020, May 2019, etc.) it is painfully obvious that the queries for neoplasms and various malignant neoplasms that there had to be a glitch (to get whistleblowers to run to Renz?). Yet, Renz keeps insisting about these drastic percent increases in cancers that occurred in the troops and people keep tweeting like this:

taking Exhibit A and Exhibit B together it can then be suggested that such a tweet is misinformation, and worthy of being banned from Twitter. It gives gravitas to tweets such as these as well.
The reality about the “spikes” by Renz is that it should be stated as follows:
Under the fundamental assumption that in A PolitiFact “fact check” the PolitiFact authors assertion is that the 2021 numbers, however, were up-to-date is considered a verification of the 2021 data set numbers as stated in the article:
Peter Graves, spokesperson for the Defense Health Agency’s Armed Forces Surveillance Division [Chief of Media Operations at Defense Health Agency], told PolitiFact by email that "in response to concerns mentioned in news reports" the division reviewed data in the DMED "and found that the data was incorrect for the years 2016-2020."
Officials compared numbers in the DMED with source data in the DMSS and found that the total number of medical diagnoses from those years "represented only a small fraction of actual medical diagnoses." The 2021 numbers, however, were up-to-date, giving the "appearance of significant increased occurrence of all medical diagnoses in 2021 because of the underreported data for 2016-2020," Graves said.
The DMED system has been taken offline to "identify and correct the root-cause of the data corruption," Graves said.

Nick, you and I talked about this in great detail on my show, The Right on Point podcast. I have a question for you. We both agree that the 4 whistleblowers were named in the lawsuit. In my opinion that was a very bad move. Now they are outed. And could be subject to disciplinary action by their commanding officers. Why were they not protected by the Federal whistleblower protection act and maybe entered as plaintiffs as John Doe 1, 2, 3 and Jane Doe 1?
That is still noteworthy: 5-16% increase is what would be expected in the first year post LNP mRNA administration. Maybe it was a false flag op to 1st report times increases and then walk back to 5-16%.
If it was 5-16% right off the bat, it would still be huge news. In large numbers of affected subjects, these numbers are like once in a 100 years events.
